4. KYC Verification Process

4.3 Accuracy and Authenticity
You are responsible for providing correct and truthful information. If we find that submitted details are false, manipulated or belong to someone else, Goexch9 may:
- Reject or delay your withdrawal requests,
- Restrict betting activity or bonuses,
- Temporarily freeze or permanently close your account,
- Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities or payment partners.
5. Risk-Based Approach
Goexch9 follows a risk-based approach to KYC & AML. This means not all users are treated in exactly the same way—our monitoring intensity may depend on:
- Deposit and withdrawal volumes,
- Frequency of transactions,

6. Transaction Monitoring & Red Flags

7. AML Controls & Actions

8. Sanctions, Prohibited Use & Jurisdictions
